Make sure to buy one that is really good and will make your employees comfortable as well as your future clients. A well design office is a big plus to a business. Even if the design will be simple but very elegant and professional then it would be conducive to a good working condition.

Later on, when your business expands then you will need more office equipment and by then your budget would have increase too.
