However mornings and evenings are the best times to carry out a no equipment exercise. There is no risk of you damaging yourself with this type of exercising unlike weight training. All the exercises in “no equipment” are useful in reducing cholesterol levels and increase blood flow to all parts of the body. However you cannot increase your muscles nor your muscle endurance with this type and you will need weight training in order to achieve that.
